The Newport High School Jazz Festival is an adjudicated, competitive festival designed
to foster the growth and appreciation of jazz.
- Students will perform in a new state-of-the-art 670 seat auditorium with concert grand piano.
- Participants will enjoy the newly remodeled, conveniently located Newport High School
Campus in Bellevue, WA. with easy access to I-90, I-405 and a wide variety of restaurants,
lodging and area attractions .
Schedule:
- 8:00am-5:00pm Prelims
- 6:30pm-9:00pm Finals
Divisions:
- High School, A, AA, AAA & AAAA
- (Enrollment will be calculated from grades 10-12. Some divisions may be
Combined depending upon the number of applicants in each division)
Trophies:
- Top Three Finalist in Each Division

Registration Fee:
- $199.00
The festival will take place on Saturday, March 24, 2012.
The registration deadline is February 5, 2012.
